Acting as the lead on the ground, he takes ownership of the full deployment lifecycle, from initial setup and network validation through to live event support and pack-down. This includes overseeing equipment installation, verifying coverage and performance, and ensuring all network segments (organisers, vendors, staff, and public access) operate as designed.
His role requires a proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly in high-pressure environments. The Site Leader works closely with event organisers, vendors, and internal teams, acting as the primary point of contact for all connectivity-related matters.
